How the paths connect

The paths are designed to compound.

A student might spend one semester developing a project, submit it to a competition, turn the work into a manuscript, and use that experience when applying to selective summer programs. We build the roadmap around the student’s starting point rather than forcing everyone through the same sequence.

Included

Every fellow gets the infrastructure behind the work.

  • 300+ page research playbookOur research framework, templates, examples and step-by-step guidance.
  • Project Pathways AITools for exploring ideas, narrowing questions and organizing research directions.

Questions families ask.

Who is it for?

High school students in grades 9–12 who want to do real research. Foundations starts at the beginning, with choosing a question.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the path, or the mix of paths. We walk through options and exact pricing on the strategy call, before you commit to anything.

How many hours a week?

3–5 hours a week.

Is it online?

Yes, everything is fully online, from the Foundations course and all of our sessions to the materials.

Can you guarantee a professor or lab placement?

No. Whether a professor takes on a student depends on their interest and capacity. We help students find relevant labs and write strong, personalized outreach.

Do you guarantee awards, publication or admission?

No. Judges, editors and admissions offices make those decisions, not us.

Will you write any of it?

Never. Mentors ask questions and give feedback. Every word and every line of code is the student’s.

Do you help with college applications?

Yes. The College Admissions path covers school strategy, essays, activities, recommendations and interviews for highly selective universities. We guide and edit; every word is the student’s own.
